Our Iyengar yoga general classes are suitable for both beginners and experienced students.
We focus on building a strong foundation, aligning limbs, stabilizing joints and using yoga to strengthen and rehabilitate muscles.

Iyengar Yoga Neck and Shoulder

Our popular Iyengar yoga Neck and Shoulder yoga class are suitable for both beginners and experienced students.
A person with neck and shoulder issues might have limited mobility, have an irritating pain around the upper back and even numb fingers.
The objective of the class is to prevent or correct misalignment in the neck and shoulders.
We look at alignment of the spine relating to hunchback and release tension and aches and strains in the neck and shoulders.
YogaLab Core Training
Wednesday 6:30pm - 7:30pm
Our YogaLab core training class are suitable for both beginners and experienced students.
Core strengthening is not just about working your abdominal muscles. It is about having a stable base to perform functional everyday movements, maintain good posture and be able to transmit forces through your lower and upper body.
Your core is your trunk, comprising spinal muscles, pelvic floor muscles and muscles that extend over your hip. When we create strong central muscles, we create a strong central foundation for our bodies to move around.
Iyengar Yoga Women
Thursday 10:00am - 11:00am
The Iyengar Yoga Women yoga class is for women of all experience levels including new mums.
The objective is to focus on areas specific to women.
We look at strengthening and repairing abdominals, tightening the pelvic floor, relieving lower back pain, alignment of the pelvis and relieving endocrine.
While the class might be focused on symptoms related to childbirth, we encourage all women to attend. Prevention and strengthening areas that are commonly overlooked in other classes. Repair the house before it rains 🙂
Iyengar Yoga Restorative

The Iyengar Yoga Restorative class is suitable for both beginners and experienced students.
The objective is to focus on areas specific to strengthening weak muscles.
YogaLab Body Shape
Saturday 7:00pm - 8:30pm
The YogaLab Body Shape class is suitable for both beginners and experienced students.
We use yoga to target areas of the body that are susceptible to fat deposits. Hips, abdomen, upper back, thighs.
We look to speed up your body's metabolism, increasing muscle mass and reducing visceral fat. At the same time, bring the positive thinking into the practice, avoid sports injuries, avoid strain, excessive muscle loss caused by excessive exercise.
