A Private Class is the best way to improve your yoga and for specific muscle rehabilitation as the class is specific to your needs and skill level. I can focus all my attention on you and make all the necessary adjustments to your technique so that you can get the best from your practice.
It is highly recommended to take a private class if you are one of the following:
- Pregnant (16+ weeks)
- A New mum (pre 6 months)
- Have an injury and require specific rehabilitation.
- Looking for specific improvements in your yoga technique.
- Have limited fitness experience.
We only offer Pregnancy yoga (16+ weeks) and post pregnancy yoga (pre 6 months) as a private class. This is so that I can dedicate all my time to focus and care for you and your baby.
Private Classes can be taught in Mandarin or English
All private classes are taught at my studio in Hillsborough, Monday to Saturday. Equipment is provided, including mats.
